December 2005 Champagne Tasting
"A Night of Sparkling Wine and Food Bites"

And so, as the day ends, so too the tasting ends.
What a great time! The Food Bites were great! The
company was great! Some of the wines tasted were
Ste Chapelle (Idaho) Sparkling Riesling, Domaine Ste
Michelle (Washington) Cuvee Brut, Chandon (California)
Blanc de Noris, Zefiro Allombra Del Prosecco (Italia)
Brut Conegliano, Argyle (Willamette Valley, Oregon)
30% Pinot Noir and 70% Chardonnay and finally Veuve
Cliequot Ponsardin Champagne (Remis France).

Food Bites included Smoked Salmon Roll-Ups, Robin's
Cheese Bread Twists, Proscuito and Spinach Mini
Quiche, Chevre and Crackers, Artichoke and Spinach
Dip, Cheese Cubes, Dotti's Chocolate Truffles and Fresh
and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.
