	On August 20, 2005 The 2^nd Annual Idaho Wine Festival, Tasting and Awards was held at The Winery At Eagle Knoll, Eagle, Idaho. A great event full of music, food and some great wine tasting. All wines were Idaho wines. The crowd was large and the crowd had a good time. The following photos show some of the activity and the serving of the wines. Left to Right: Grilled Zucchini; Sliced Tomatoes on Romaine leaves with Slivered Lemon Cucumber and fresh chopped Basil; Grilled Scallops with Grilled Sweet Red Pepper and Dried Tomato Sauce; Grilled Eggplant. The wine is a Camas Prairie Winery Chardonnay.
