Good Wine ..... Good Food

August 2007 Wine Competetion:
The Preliminary Process

There is a lot more to a Wine Competetion than tasting
wines. Behind the scenes, there are many people
coordinating the samples. The following sequence of
photographs explores some of those tasks. These tasks
include sorting the wines, pouring the wines, keeping
the flights straight, washing glasses, serving and having
a good time!

Lots of folks stop by to talk.
Along with the Boise Saturday Market, radio spots and
newspaper advertising, we also did a TV spot with
Channel 7's Larry Gebert.
